Ordered the three chicken tender platter. Big Zak Snak. Had a side of sweet and sour sauce. Threw up 6 times (all night) in addition to continuous diarrhea. Never again will I grace Zaxby's doorstep. Too painful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the house salad at approx. 11:30am yesterday 08/15/2018. Approx 1.0 hour later I started to have intense cramping in my stomach and terrible lower GI distress. Vomiting and chills also. This was the only thing I had eaten. Day 2 still suffering from slight belly pain and GI distress.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

I ordered a boneless buffalo chicken meal, fries and a sweet tea. Had ranch dipping sauce. Ate the meal and about 30 mins later started to have intense abdominal pain and a bit later diarrhea.
