Canned Skyline Chili, Publix Super Market on Bayshore, Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606, USA

243 Bayshore Boulevard, Tampa, 33606 Florida, United States

bought a can of skyline chili-first time of this brand. I purchased from a reputable grocery store . Once I opened that can I can tell it was not what I am used to in regards to chili. Mind you I am from Texas and know of consistency of a hearty chili. This was a soup of grainy substance, I told myself, well it is from Cincinnati, maybe it is their version of chili, so I gave it a try. Too soupy for me, but again I tried ...couldn't pass three bites when I and had to rid of it. After an hour while relaxing all hell came lose, for the next two days I was in no shape or form. Never I have encountered such ill.

8/18: Update: Not well, the violent and constant stomach acid has regressed my vocals (was seeing a speech therapist last month) now I cannot perform my duties, my voice is my livelihood, back to square one. I consumed this product Sunday 8/15 around 11:30 pm. After an hour or so that is when I began feeling ill. The last meal before this was around 5pm Sunday, a lite dinner, so I deduced that it had nothing to do whatsoever.
as of yet not recovered. Have to be at work tomorrow. Took two days off (to recover), and now I have to make up for it on my actual days off. With vocals practically gone due to the acid on vocals and the constant hugging of the Throne. This is going to be dreadful, but what else to do than to warn others. Would not wish this on anyone.

I kept the remaining product in the fridge. I do not keep receipts from groceries, (Publix honors purchases with debit/credit card). The can was tossed that day and I make it a habit to get rid of trash on a daily basis. When I first opened the can it was rather runny, more like a soup than I am accustomed to when it comes to chili. It looks like it coagulated, being it seems thicker now...just looking at it makes me gag. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
