Made instant ramen at night, looked fine and normal but this was the first time I’ve eaten it in years. At it around 10pm, and i felt it sit hard in my stomach and was burping a lot with heartburn. woke up the next morning around 7am with intense cramps and gas, couldn’t go back to sleep with the pain. About 30 minutes after that i had some explosive diarrhea, started out with a little solidness to it but after 15 minutes or so it all turned to pure liquid, took anti-diarrhea medicine and sat on the pot from about 7:30-9:30. Took a nap till 3pm and woke up dehydrated with cramps and gas still, was able to eat some waffles and toast but continued having those cramps and gas and had a little more diarrhea at around 7. And now at 1am the next day I’ve taken more medicine but still have slight cramps and headaches. Very gassy too, a toxic smell, like sometimes you fart and there’s no smell, not here every fart i can feel churning and they stink up the room. After looking at the diarrhea, and being that the only thing i ate that night was ramen it had to be a factor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Gas, Heartburn, Dehydration, Burping
