我和我丈夫昨天 2022 年 5 月 9 日去这里吃饭，大约 30 分钟后我开始感到非常恶心。我出汗了，感觉恶心，胃部不适，感觉好像快要死了。去洗手间开始不停地呕吐然后出现腹泻。我当时在喝水，觉得情况变得更糟了。我丈夫开车送我回家，我连恶心都无法停下来。我因为病得太重而晕倒了。我为我的墨西哥卷饼碗要了很多生菜，想知道生菜是否被污染了。这件事发生在下午 2 点 30 分。
