这家餐厅在周六下午 4 点左右用黑豆、白米饭、西红柿、玉米和奶酪吃鸡碗。晚上 8 点左右开始感到恶心。到晚上 10 点，我经历了完全呕吐、腹泻和寒战。呕吐的时候，那里吃的所有东西都出来了。第二天醒来脱水而且非常虚弱。呕吐和腹泻仍在继续，但程度较小。第二天症状有所缓解，但仍然无法进食且非常虚弱。
