女儿和朋友都于 2017 年 7 月 14 日在弗吉尼亚州斯特林的奇波尔特吃饭，两人都订购了鸡肉卷饼碗。两人都生病了，我的女儿因剧烈呕吐而病得更重。（计 14 次）虚弱，头痛和腹泻也是如此。

7 月 14 日晚上，我吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面装有生菜、奶酪、玉米、莎莎酱、平托豆。星期六晚上我病得了暴力。周六和周日的呕吐非常严重。然后在星期一，胃痛太严重了，我以为我必须去看医生。它终于在星期一晚上消失了。再也不会了！！！

Our whole famliy ate at Chiplotle in Sterling on Friday evening 7/14 and became sick Sunday into Monday with vomiting, diarhea, severe abdominal pains, fevers. This aggravated our diabetic son and our celiac son's previous conditions. Not a very pleasant weekend for us indeed!

7 月 14 日星期五下午 1 点 45 分左右在 Chipotle 用餐。7 月 15 日下午因出汗、头晕而生病，随后出现 12 个小时的呕吐和腹泻。7 月 18 日仍然有腹泻。我吃了墨西哥卷饼碗和白米饭、平托豆、鸡肉、酸奶油、西红柿和生菜。我在 7 月 17 日向劳登县卫生局提交了一份报告。

My son ate a chicken bowl on Friday July 14th from the Sterling location about 3pm. Sunday morning he had extreme diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. He didn't eat all day Sunday and drank Gatorade to stay hydrated. First time eating at that location in over a year.

My husband and I ate there on Friday for lunch. My son was with us and he ate rice and some chicken. We both had steak. Fast forward to Sunday morning and we both were violently sick. He was throwing up, horrible stomach cramps. I had diarrhea…

on Friday the 14th, ate a steak bowl. white rice. no beans. corn. cheese. lettuce. vomited the following night during 2-7am and had diarrhea throughout the next 48 hours.
