晚上 6 点 30 分左右我吃了一个大卷饼碗作为晚餐，到了晚上 11 点，我整晚都有极度的腹泻。第二天我不得不去医疗救护然后进入急诊室，抽筋持续得非常糟糕。

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. My friend had the same except she had steak instead of chicken. Both of us had the same symptoms after about 2 hours: terrible stomach cramps leading to diarrhea and nausea.
