I had a large burrito bowl for dinner around 6:30pm and by 11pm I had extreme diarrhea all through the night. The cramping continued so bad the next day I had to seek medical care and went into the emergency room.

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. My friend had the same except she had steak instead of chicken. Both of us had the same symptoms after about 2 hours: terrible stomach cramps leading to diarrhea and nausea.
