我吃了一个碗里有糙米、平托豆、鸡肉、生菜、奶酪、酸奶油和温和的酱汁。吃完 5 小时后，我早上 4 点醒来然后把它全部扔掉。之后我被困在厕所里，胃痛和腹泻最严重。然后从 5-10 我总共扔了 7 次我在家里扔了 6 次，在我去医院的时候一次。当我去医院的时候，我发烧了 105，而且我也极度脱水。他们给了我液体，还给了治疗呕吐和胃痛的药物。他们还告诉我我有单声道，但这没有意义，因为直到昨晚我整周都感觉很好。不过，如果不是药物，我可能还会呕吐，因为我的身体拒绝了我给药的所有东西。我还想说，我爱它们，我会毫不犹豫地一直吃它，但今天之后我永远不会在那里吃东西。

My son and I ordered bowls. He ordered brown rice, beans, and chicken. I ordered white rice, carnitas, grilled veggies, and black beans. We also got a bowl, to go, for my wife...white rice, beans and chicken. We all got sick that evening and I had to miss work and son had to miss school.

Ate there on 10/15 at about 9 pm. Started feeling nauseaous on 10/18 at about 9 am. Was nauseous with diarrhea all day, finally started throwing up at about 5:30 pm. Still feel terrible.
