我在 6 月 4 日星期三中午左右吃了墨西哥辣椒。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面放着糙米、鸡肉、奶酪、酸奶油、黑豆和生菜。当我下午 3 点左右回到家时，我有可怕的胃痛和腹泻。腹泻和腹痛一直是无情的，到目前为止还没有停止。如果不能很快停止，我会去看医生。

I purchase a chicken bowl with corn, cheese, sour cream, and mild sauce. It was around 6:30 pm. On February 16,2016. 20 minutes after I ate it my chest start to hurt then shortly after it stop. Then I started to feel nausea and sleepy all of sudden I was not feeling like this before I ate there.
