Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in. I had had nothing else to eat between when I ate here and became ill so it is definitely Chipotle.

Ate a bowl yesterday. Brown rice, chicken, veggies, mild/med salsa, guac. Pain and symptoms started today and continue.
