11 of us ate at No Way Jose, Pigeon Forge on Fri, June 8 at 5:00pm. 9 of us got terribly sick with vomiting diarrhea, nausea, and allover body pain. This started Sat night into Sun. We had everything you can imagine from salsa, chips, bean dip, cheese dip, enchiladas, fajitas, tacos, rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, pico de gallo, a pita-like bread, pork, ground beef, steak, and chicken. We were vacationing with a total of 36 family members, and ONLY those of us who ate at No Way Jose became ill. This is most definitely a case of food poisoning outbreak. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
