喜欢全食，但这是第一个。8 月 8 日下午吃了自制的鳄梨酱传统（包装 9/5/18）。那时在 9/9/18 上午 4:30 左右无法睡觉有可怕的胃痛和恶心，直到被汗水浸泡并将近流出来的地步。其次是几波疼痛/呕吐/腹泻。

我昨天在 9 月 5 日上午 11 点至下午 12 点左右吃了一个意大利潜水艇吃了午餐。我订购了含 Boars Head 肉的潜水艇，然后从佛罗里达州新里奇港的 Publix 通过岭路和月湖路订购了我的食物。我呕吐了 10 倍以上，发烧了 101 次以上，我感觉非常虚弱。这就是我昨天吃的全部。
