I had chilli bean chips and chipotle chicken burrito. All of my symptoms came on severely and quickly after dining here and I’m planning on going to my doctors tomorrow.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate sausage roll about 3 in the afternoon was fine till about 9 at night had diarrhea twice at 11 went to bed felt nauseous went to sleep 2:30 in morning woke up vomiting,knew it was that as that was all I ate as I felt bloated all day after eating it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
