Had pizza at 8:30 pm last night and nothing else prior or afterwards. Went to bed and woke up feeling nauseated at 3am. Started having diarrhoea shortly afterwards following intense stomachache. Still unable to sleep. I have a strong feeling it was the sausage on the pizza 🤢   | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 恶心

I got Greek yoghurt from there. All in date. Opened it yesterday and put some in smoothie and had an upset stomach for two days now. It was only yesterday evening I realised the yoghurt on its own didn't taste right and felt fizzy in texture.  | 症状: 腹泻
