Had a sausage and egg McMuffin egg was hard and green gross as sh*t.
Ate it still not knowing until it was mostly gone have documentation of it.
Currently sick on the toilet and throwing up. So thank you for a lovely breakfast that keeps reappearing  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

chips, chesseburger supper stunner,their apple juice and a chicken Royale super stunner , Son on the 17th of August stopped eating then 19th started spewing and hardly eating and not drinking Much me and my partner orders our stunners yesterday at 12:20pm and fell sick 6am this morning   | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

I ate seaweed salad and a few hours after I began vomiting and becoming feverish. all I ate there was cucumber sushi, rice and edamame beans so it would have been the seaweed salad. it didn’t look very good either  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

12 个小时后，我在呕吐。100％ 肯定这是汉堡，因为我之前吃过的所有东西都与没生病的其他人分享。恶心、头痛、脱水、轻微腹泻。24 小时内没有呕吐，但仍然有头痛和恶心。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水, 头痛
