2019 年 9 月 6 日我吃的东西与桌子其余部分不同的是带蘑菇、芝麻菜、荷包蛋和 4 只大虾的意大利面。我的第一道菜是用硬荷包蛋和非常冷的意大利面送来的。我相信他们重新加热了盘子然后在上面放了一个新的荷包蛋。在离餐厅两扇门的剧院里吃饭和坐在剧院里大约 40 分钟后，我开始感到胃痛，我以为有些事情不同意我的看法。我去洗手间在那里呆了一个多小时，首先是胃痛和大量出汗，然后是呕吐和腹泻。太糟糕了，因为我没生病，我丈夫打算叫救护车。一个多小时后，我感觉足够舒服，可以离开洗手间，但胃痛一直持续到深夜，直到白天 2019 年 9 月 7 日

On Friday August 2/19 I ordered a combo meal which included a hotdog. Hours later I because extremely ill with stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. It is now over 24 hours later and I still feel under the weather. I am angry.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Me and my family went to eat we ordered 5 PC platters and all shared them except my 2 year old he ate the macaroni and cheese and did not get sick. However my other 2 children and wife were puking violently for 20 hours after we had eaten it. The symptoms started 1 hour after eating it  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
