Had Chicken Crunch Sandwich and Macaroni Salad at KFC Taco Bell. Had meal at around 7 pm. Symptoms developed overnight and last all of the next day. Onset of symptoms: 12-14 hours. I was the only one that had this food combo so I'm thinking it was one of these items.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had ordered 3 peices of chicken around almost midnight last Wednesday and a quater pounds hotdog. Then my stomach feel really bad. The next day I have diarrhea evertime I ate a things. Then it keeping getting worse I whole body feel sick until today I finally start to get better.  | 症状: 腹泻

我女儿喝了汤，我把奶油放进去冷却一半，她说肚子受伤了，她躺下了 15 分钟后，她摇得很冷却却烧起来了，她哭着抓住腹部很长一段时间她一直说开始腹泻太痛了，她进入了浴室，当你有厕所时，她会在地板上呕吐。我没吃我以为是流感的汤，当她开始脱水时我带她去了医院。她得了静脉输液和一条温暖的毯子, 我们一直呆在那里直到凌晨 2 点当我们回家时，我给它起了个名字 15 我回家的中途一分钟我给它起了个名字 15 我生命中途的一分钟感觉很恶心但他会拿起我的浴室茶我感到恶心我不能去洗手间扔在地板上呕吐不会停止我感觉虚弱和出汗太可怕了。我们俩唯一拥有的就是这种咖啡奶油。

Ordered noodlebox at 6:30pm (spicy peanut and crispy chicken with two spring rolls)
Noticed the kitchen was very busy with alot of cross contamination going on example, the cook farthest on the back coubtless times was touching his forehead, his apron and clothes, thrn reaching into noodle… 更多
