我有一个素食主义者，一英尺长。（泡菜，西红柿，生菜，甜洋葱酱，辣椒酱）我在大约 4 个小时前得到了它，一开始我感觉还不错，但是突然之间我感到非常疲倦，以为是因为我刚刚度过了漫长的一天。今天晚上晚些时候，我的小腹感到剧烈疼痛。之后，剧烈的疼痛变得如此强烈，以至于我不得不吐出来。我呕吐了两次，从那以后一直生病了。我不太确定我怎么会得到食物中毒，如果这种情况持续下去，我会在诊所开业的早晨去诊所。

Had a whopper Wednesday combo . About an hour later instant diarrhea, shivers, and a bad fever. Been running to the toilet since 3pm.. not fun . I really hope I don't start to vomit, this is bad enough. Never eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

有一个 mozza 汉堡组合，薯条又冷又潮湿，汉堡几乎没有温暖。开始出现剧烈的胃痛，需要多次跑步去洗手间。只是我和一个伙伴都吃了东西而且第二天我们俩都生病了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

ate approximately 5 calamari rings at 9:00pm that were from Costco freezer isle.
diarrhea symptons began at approx 11:30 pm and woke up at 2am in a cold sweat following vomiting and more diarrhea through the rest of the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
