我在 6 月 17 日从信号山小凯撒购买了披萨，然后在 6 点半左右吃了披萨。一个小时内我感到胃痉挛和疼痛并得了腹泻。我感到非常疲劳和虚弱。随着时间的流逝，我的头部受伤了，我感到头晕，寒冷和发烧，抽筋加剧了，所以我躺下了毯子。我起身喝了两瓶水，这有助于缓解抽筋。我太累了又虚弱我连手机都拿不出来

Myself, and my younger brother
Both ate chicken nuggets this past Sunday. By Monday night were both extremely ill with excessive vomiting. It was the only thing we both ate together at the same time. I am pregnant which was also a concern.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I'm only making a complaint because I would hate for anyone else to be out of work for a day. I hope by making this complaint someone at Mcdonalds will take into consideration that during this hot summer season the meat should be properly stored and checked for salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
