3 生病了。进食大约一个小时后，我们都感到毛骨悚然，非常饱腹和臃肿。然后我们有可怕的气体和胃痛。我们在中午左右吃了这种食物，那天晚上甚至没有吃晚饭，因为我们仍然感觉很饱。当我们今天早上醒来时，我三岁的女儿多次呕吐并得了腹泻，而我和我丈夫整天早上都有腹泻、胃和腰痛，但仍然没有吃东西。

2018 年 8 月 27 日我有沙拉碗吃晚餐。我丈夫有墨西哥卷饼，我的孩子有墨西哥卷饼。大约 30 分钟后，我开始感到臃肿，胃部感到不舒服。大约一个小时后我感到头晕和恶心。大约 2 小时后我开始出现非常水性腹泻。我的胃感觉真的很糟糕，现在我想吐出来，但是没有上来。我试着去睡觉，但是我太不舒服了，无法入睡。吃完大约 4 小时后，我终于吐出来感觉好像胃里的全部内容都出来了。呕吐后我的胃感觉好多了，但还是很有趣，我能感觉到我会长时间腹泻。我丈夫和孩子们都没事，所以我认为这可能是生菜。（要求墨西哥卷饼没有生菜）。我不会回去的。
