我吃了一碗白米饭、牛排、玉米莎莎、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。下午 3 点。不到一小时我就膨胀了。晚餐时，我头疼了，感觉不佳。我的胃开始抽筋，我患了大量腹泻。去睡觉了。清晨醒来时，全天都会出现最严重的胃痉挛、冷汗和大量腹泻。
