我今天早上 9 点 45 分左右购买了一份鸡肉饼干三明治餐作为早餐。大约 15 分钟后我吃了食物（正如我带走的那样），到了上午 11 点 30 分，我感觉自己快死了。我有可怕的胃痛和恶心，我多次呕吐，几个小时后腹泻严重。这是我个人经历过的最严重的食物中毒案例。我现在感觉还不错（现在是晚上 10 点 45 分），但是我的胃仍然很敏感，身体疼痛。
