Bacon cheese burger regular fries and a salted caramel milkshake. When I got home I just felt full after about 2 hours I had to run to the bathroom and throw up. I kept waking up in the night to throw up and now I can't keep anything down even water.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

I had 1/4 chicken peppered hot and within the time I got home (4hrs) I felt nauseous but thought nothing of it and this morning my temperature was high and I can't find the appetite to eat because I feel so poorly  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

We all had McDonald's breakfast muffins with egg. My daughters friend was round and she took her egg out and gave it to my daughter. All four of us are vomiting and have diarrhea really bad. Her friend has no symptoms. (my daughter) is worse perhaps because she had two eggs  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had double cheese burger and a mayo chicken. Was fine during the night but woke up at 7 and needed to go a toilet went back to bed and laid down then I needed to go a toilet again and while I was sitting on the toilet I had to stand up and turn round and was voilently sick everywhere  | 症状: 呕吐
