晚上 8 点左右吃了晚餐。我吃了新的 Kingsland 意大利面，里面有虾和中等牛排。我的牛排有点太红了，无法达到中等水平，但我还是吃了。10 点左右上床睡觉感觉很恶心。凌晨 4 点醒来后出现腹泻和呕吐。还是感到头晕和虚弱，我整天都有偏头痛。很难和家人一起享受感恩节。

Ate a quesarito, a taco, and a burrito. Didn't eat anything else in that day. Few hours later was puking my guts out and had chills and a fever for the past 12 or so hours. Still feel like crap.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

About an hour after eating here (we ate on Oct. 12 2018 around 900 p.m.) my fianc and I both started projectile vomiting and having diarrhea. Its been about 12 hours and we are both still very sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
