Ate a quesarito, a taco, and a burrito. Didn't eat anything else in that day. Few hours later was puking my guts out and had chills and a fever for the past 12 or so hours. Still feel like crap.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

About an hour after eating here (we ate on Oct. 12 2018 around 900 p.m.) my fianc and I both started projectile vomiting and having diarrhea. Its been about 12 hours and we are both still very sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
