Saturday August 10 12:15. Was an employee (manager) used the restroom with his apron on. We told him it was a USDA health code violation. He denied it was in the employee handbook. Would you want your sandwich made by someone who was just wearing it it the bathroom? Please educate this manager.

I ate a burrito bowl 07/08 with Rice black beans chicken sour cream cheese and a bit of red salsa . I started feeling sick that night and the next day I threw up everything more than 4 times that day with a lot of abdominal pain . Never eating there again ..  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On June 12 I ate a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. June 14 I was in the hospital with hepatitis A. I was hung up on and really cute by the McDonald’s on 59th and Bethany home in Glendale Arizona as well as the insurance company… 更多
