I ordered Taco Salad from Taco Bell. My taco shell tasted like bug spray! I immediately feel sick! Please investigate?, 1 (myself) got sick. Symptoms started immediately with Diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

吃了 carne asada 薯条，注意肉有点煮熟不足。我忽略了。2 小时后，我开始感到胃痛，有点恶心，但我还是决定睡觉。凌晨 3 点醒来时是我经历过的最严重的胃痛.. 恶心，焦虑是因为我害怕呕吐，整个晚上我都无法入睡，疼痛实在太大了... 早上醒来，胃痛越来越严重，它不断来去，我直接腹泻和发烧。我觉得我随时都会吐出来。这真是我最喜欢的餐厅.. 很失望...

我吃了炒饭、橙鸡和蜂蜜核桃虾。除了虾之外，我儿子也有同样的症状，从来没有任何症状。第二天，我得了腹泻、极度发烧和可怕的胃痛。最终由于 “弯曲杆菌” 又名食物中毒而在急诊室因结肠炎而受伤。因为我不能 100% 确定是虾，所以我知道我可能再也不会吃了。
