午餐时点了一只乔伊鸡。一个小时后出现了腹泻，觉得我需要呕吐。大约 2 小时后开始呕吐，然后持续到晚上的其余时间。整晚都发冷和酸痛，终于在凌晨 4 点左右停止呕吐了。今天早上感觉好多了，想摆脱我系统中的最后一点东西。还是很疲劳。

Ate a Caesar chicken salad and within 3 hours was vomiting and had intestinal distress. Two days after, vomiting has gotten better. But I'm still running a fever, have aches and still diarrhea. Gross!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
