我和妻子在 Mayura 吃饭后（2018 年 7 月 25 日星期日晚上）都得了非常严重的食物中毒。我们星期一 26 日因腹泻醒来。我下班很早回家，因为我感觉很好，然后开始呕吐。我整夜都在呕吐，有冷热汗水和幻觉。我和妻子不得不在星期二 27 日下班。现在是星期三 28 日，我们的胃部仍然不适，而且非常虚弱。

I had a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, all three salsa’s, corn, cheese, quac, and lettuce. My stomach started hurting about 10 hours after. I didn’t eat anything else after. Then I started to vomit, have diarrhea, and feeling nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 1 月 12 日中午吃了午饭。我吃了一个牛排卷饼碗。我在碗中途开始感觉不舒服，但继续吃完然后又回去工作了。当我晚上 8 点左右回到家时，我开始发冷和发烧。呕吐和腹泻开始的第二天。今天是 2018 年 2 月 14 日，我还生病无法进食。
