I had a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, all three salsa’s, corn, cheese, quac, and lettuce. My stomach started hurting about 10 hours after. I didn’t eat anything else after. Then I started to vomit, have diarrhea, and feeling nausea.

I get chipotle at about 7:30 pm now it is 5:20am my stomach is in so much pain and I have diarrhea.
