July 22. I had the falafel salad, my husband had the chicken Cobb salad, my kids the kid meal (chicken, cooked veggies, toast).
My husband and I got diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, but not the kids. What we are in common was the lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

午餐时提供白米饭、猪肉、生菜、鳄梨、pico de gallo 和奶酪。大约 4 小时后仍然感觉很饱，有点恶心。我当时在飞行，所以我以为是晕车。喝了一些姜汁汽水，但最后花了两次呕吐。着陆后我得了腹泻。以为我会再次呕吐。直到我回到家才能完全放松。胃痉挛很麻烦。第二天，还在呕吐和腹泻，感觉虚弱。第三天，还有点腹泻但没什么可吃的。用电解质喝大量的水。吃平淡的食物。我想我明天会没事的

Picked up a Baja Burrito and some Guacamole from the Baja Fresh on Venice Blvd. Got home, ate about 6pm. Around 10:30pm woke up and vomitted the entire thing out. Went back to bed, no problems afterwards. Had to be food poisoning! Stomach obviously hurt the following… 更多

I got the fried chicken and salad with house dressing, within 2 hrs my stomach was hurting threw up and couldnt stop throwing up all night into diahrea all the next day off work. day after i dont feel well but well enough to go to work  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
