Ate sesame noodle salad, kale salad with black sesame and golden beet salad with snap peas. Purchased from the food bar at El Segundo Whole Foods on evening of 6/26. Woke up at 3:30 am with violent diarrhea for hours. Still not well days later  | 症状: 腹泻

我和我的女朋友决定在 Tender Greens 吃饭，因为这是一个不错的健康选择。我订购了盐和胡椒鸡配羽衣甘蓝和土豆泥和 Agua Fresca 来喝。她订购了别的东西，我记不起来是什么了。吃完整顿饭后（我和我的女友没有共享饭菜），我们去我家放松一下。大约 3 小时后，我感觉到胃里有抽筋的感觉。所以我决定喝点水然后睡在上面。第二天早上我带着严重的 diarreah 冲到洗手间。已经两天了，如果这种情况持续下去，我可能会去看医生。事情还没有停止，我相信是 Tender Greens 让我生病了。在生病之前，我在 Tender Greens 吃饭前 8 小时就吃过东西，直到出现症状之后，我才在 Tender Greens 之后吃过任何东西。现在唯一的 Tender 就是我的屁股，因为基督的缘故，食物里有什么！？

I had in n out may 22 during lunch rush. There es t a ything obviously wrong with the burger. I had a double double - protein style, no fries no drink.
Diahrreah and nausea about an hour later and continues trhough thenday and during the night. Threw up in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate chipotle a couple weeks ago and the next two days I was violently sick. I had diarrhea. I was shaking and sweating and almost passed out a few times. This is the second time this has happened with chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻
