I went in right around lunch had a burrito went home, couple hours later I felt nauseous, cold sweats, thought I was coming down with the flu. Then threw up that night and had diarrhea for 3 days. That is the only thing I ate that entire day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

订购了香肠 mcmuffin 和两个香肠早餐卷饼，我和我的男朋友在上午 10 点左右分享了这两个食物。在下午 5 点至 7 点左右开始感到肿胀和不适，并在晚上 8 点 9 点左右开始呕吐 8 个小时。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀

11-20-2017 I had dinner with my family and around 2:00AM the next day I was very sick. I believe it was the soup I ate as no one else got sick and I was the only one that had that soup. I believe it was Bean and Lentil but I may be wrong.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
