Made a salad at lunchtime with spinach, arugula, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese with a little olive oil and vinegar and around midnight I had really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea which lasted for several hours and then about 3 am I had some pretty severe vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

1 月 15 日星期日下午 3 点 30 分左右吃了鸡肉沙拉。下午 6 点左右开始生病。呕吐、diahrea、恶心、严重的胃痉挛。我一生中从来没有感到如此恶心。我是我家里唯一一个这样的人。我还有鸡肉沙拉，想知道我该怎么处理这些食物？让它测试一下是否有 ecoli！谢谢
