Made a salad at lunchtime with spinach, arugula, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese with a little olive oil and vinegar and around midnight I had really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea which lasted for several hours and then about 3 am I had some pretty severe vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
