我们是素食主义者，我们两个人之间有豆类和奶酪卷饼、7 层墨西哥卷饼和一个 gordia crunch 亚豆作为牛肉。3 小时后，恶心、发冷和令人难以置信的背痛。这变成了每 15 分钟猛烈呕吐 3 个小时以及水腹泻。在接下来的5个小时内，每30分钟一次。我有过最严重的食物中毒。

I ordered the Gluten free rotini, added shrimp and the new pesto sauce. Before I even left the restaurant my stomach became upset and later that evening felt nauseous. Not sure if it was the Pesto or the shrimp. I continued to feel nauseous the next day.  | 症状: 恶心
