My 4 year old son and I ate grilled chicken tacos from the value menu on Thursday March 29th, at about 3pm. Within a few hours my son began to vomit all through the night. The next day he began to have a fever and was still vomiting. By day three he began to have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我点了一个芝士汉堡，但只吃了一半，因为味道不对.. 30 分钟后，我开始感到不安... 一个小时过去后，我开始感到恶心，然后开始呕吐。连续呕吐 4 个小时后，由于缺乏液体，我开始晕倒。那时我去了急诊室，在那里我被诊断出患有严重的食物中毒。我在紧张病房呆了 7 个小时，这要归功于这个地方的糟糕的食物准备和不安全的食物处理技能。
