Order the chicken tortellini & a salad. Finished half of each and went to bed. Within 9 hours, I woke up with extreme vomiting & dirrhea that has more than half a day. I’m barely able to keep any water down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

1 月 18 日星期五下午 12:30 左右，我吃了一个带鸡肉的墨西哥辣椒碗。在碗中途吃东西的时候，我发现了一大块生鸡肉。我没有咬过它，但它可能污染了我吃过的碗的其他部分。和我一起吃饭的朋友还在她的碗里发现了一块生鸡肉。我回到了 chipotle 然后他们主动提出再给我一个碗。
那天晚上晚些时候，我的胃开始感觉很奇怪。我吐了很多东西。吃了墨西哥辣椒之后我没吃过其他任何东西，所以我认为那肯定是生鸡。第二天，我感觉好多了一点。没想到，我决定尝试他们给我的第二个鸡肉墨西哥辣椒碗。我已经完成了碗的四分之一，但它还有一块生鸡肉。那天晚上晚些时候我吐了起来，我感觉真的很恶心。第二天，星期天，我感觉好多了。但是那天晚上晚些时候，除了更多的呕吐之外，我的腹泻确实很糟糕。星期一，我感觉好多了。今天（星期二），我又吐了起来，感觉非常恶心。

我以前从来没有用 Chipotle 或我吃过的任何其他东西发生过这种情况。我会说我是一个健康的饮食者，我从来没有胃痛或胃流感。这是我第一次体验这种情况。

I bought a barbacoa bowl tortilla on the side, lettuce, veggies, sour cream, white rice, black beans, and chips and guac.
