I had ordered fettuccine alfredo pasta with shrimp, along with dynamite shrimp, and strawberry lemonade .. I had Diarrhea, Nausea, fatigue, and vomiting.. and had to sleep for 12 hours after that  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate chicken wings, fish and chips & collard greens around 8:30pm on Sat, Apr 30. Felt feverish and got diarrhea by 11:30pm then vomited all the collard greens by 4:30am. (Didn't know food could stay in my stomach that long considering the #2.) #2 didn't stop until… 更多
