I had ordered fettuccine alfredo pasta with shrimp, along with dynamite shrimp, and strawberry lemonade .. I had Diarrhea, Nausea, fatigue, and vomiting.. and had to sleep for 12 hours after that  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
