Ate here for lunch and had the steak sandwich special. A few hours later started feeling nauseated with a stomach ache. Explosive diarrhea followed multiple times. No vomiting yet. Will not be returning to this establishment.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

在 12 月 31 日晚上 9 点左右吃 Taco Bell 之前，我吃了一顿健康的自制餐。我的朋友吃了炸玉米饼，我也有，但是我也吃了一个强壮的 5 层墨西哥卷饼，第二天早上我醒来时感觉非常恶心、腹部抽筋、腹泻、发烧和发冷，感觉很恐怖。太可怕了。

我订购的 Grand Turkey Club 没有西红柿，但里面还有西红柿。他们还把生菜丢掉了。我还订购了洋葱圈并得到了冰茶。直到我吃了 6-7 个小时后我都没事，当时严重的腹痛和恶心使我醒来。我发烧/发冷、腹泻（液体）和呕吐（到目前为止只有一次）。我已经花了四个小时了，几乎没有改善。
