I went to Chipotle around 2:30-3 PM on 4/10/19. I ordered the chicken burrito with white rice, cheese and hot sauce. A little after eating it, I started to feel sick. I am now on the 5th day and still feel horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天晚上在 Chipotle 吃了。我儿子和我都还有 Carnitas Burrito Bowl。到了深夜，我们俩都感到不舒服。我 10 岁的孩子首先生病了，一直在呕吐，我 10 岁的儿子和我生病了。我们俩都有 Carnitas Burrito 碗。症状在离开餐厅后6小时内就开始出现。恶心、呕吐、腹泻、胃痉挛、发烧

Boyfriend got sofritas burrito bowl for lunch. Was feeling nauseated and having cramps by the end of the work day ~5pm. Cramps, fever, nauseau, and violent diarrhea persisted most of the night. Still feeling weak, nauseated, and feverish one day after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 其他, 弱点
