我昨天下午带了 Chipotle。我晚上 8 点左右吃了。我注意到有些牛排煮得很温和，但通常对我来说还不错。凌晨 3 点左右，我的小腹疼痛使我醒来。我开始使用那个洗手间，但只是小便了。我回去睡觉了，疼痛持续了大约 30 分钟。3 小时后我醒来了，疼痛还没有那么痛苦，只是没有那么令人痛苦。这次我上厕所的时候我有腹泻。整天，疼痛持续存在，导致我迟到了上班。我以前有过食物中毒，但是我没有一次疼痛，只是胃部不适。
