the symptoms started when u went home from the mall approximately 4 hours later and i felt nauseous then i woke up the next time and ran to the bathroom feeling like i was going to throw up and it’s now 2 days later and i’m still having diarrhea and terrible stomach aches  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

3 月 6 日星期二下午 4 点左右，我在 chipotle 吃了。腹泻，严重的胃痛，脱水，恶心和呕吐始于 7 日上午 11 点左右，从那以后我一直很痛苦。还有上述所有症状。我吃了一个鸡碗里有糙米，包括豆类，玉米，热莎莎酱，酸奶油芝士和生菜。我每次都会得到同样的东西。再也不会在 chipotle 吃东西了
