隔夜下班后，我大约每周吃一次早餐三明治。上个月吃了4-5小时后，我开始呕吐，胃痉挛，持续了几个小时。发现了一个胃虫，因为那以前从未发生过。今天，早上 8 点吃了辛辣的鸡肉早餐，中午时分呕吐了 4 或 5 次。除了感到疲倦和恶心之外，总体来说还不错。现在想想它与食物有关。
