Yesterday I ate lunch and had chicken and yellow rice black beans fried yuca.
1 hour later I had nausea, vomited several time when I got home sick all night could go to work it’s been 36 hours still deathly ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Had prime rib cooked medium french fires house salad wout cheese or dressing. Diarrhea extreme nausea persistent for 3 days. Finally getting over it after fasting and nothing but homemade chicken soup.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

服务很棒，但是在我的假期中度过了一个糟糕的夜晚，目前正因胃痛而卧床休息。有 #1 在 5 点左右有可乐，从凌晨 1 点开始出现症状现在还在继续。现在早上 8 点 13 分我每次去的时候都可能在厕所里倒一个水瓶 #2。把巨无霸扔了所以我知道就是这样。早些时候直到 12 点左右才有东西可以吃，所以如果还有别的话我会早点出现症状。为了澄清这一点，是迪士尼财产上的麦当劳。HS 和 BB 的大人物

我昨天 2018 年 8 月 16 日晚上 7 点在塔可钟吃了。我早上 5 点醒来时扔了生菜、豆子和鸡肉。那些食物应该已经被消化了然后我开始腹泻了。我去医院被诊断出患有肠胃炎。我想为此做点什么我在医院里整天都很悲惨。正因为如此，我的胃部疼得太多了。
