昨天 2019 年 1 月 13 日下午 2 点左右我和我的男朋友去了 chipotle 吃午饭。我们得到了完全一样的东西（Streak bowl），只是他比我的辣一点。今天早上 6 点左右我醒来时出现严重的恶心和上腹痛。我也出汗了（内部发烧）。我的男朋友有完全相同的症状，只是他今天下午6点左右开始，包括严重的偏头痛和干燥的隆起。
