Had the hot chicken wings 5/30/19 around 9:30pm. When I got home my stomach started cramping and I had to run to the bathroom. I could barely sleep and then when I woke up I vomitted everywhere. I've felt nauseous all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ordered the Steak & Arugula Sandwich along with a salad and noticed the steak was very tough and also fatty. It did not seem like it was the quality they usually strive for. Now, 12 hours later, I am very ill and have been dehydrated, having diarrhea  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

Whole Foods food bar, seafood salad, Ate seafood salad on Tuesday afternoon. Stomach cramps started at 9pm 19 March, Diarraha at 2am 20 March, vomiting 10pm 20 march. Called ambulance at 11;45pm 20 march. Still in ER for severe dihydration as of 10am 21 March  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
