June 21, 2019 I ate a beef and cheddar sandwich and potato cakes. The next day I was throwing up. I had diarrhea and a low grade fever all day. I couldn’t keep water down. Saturday night the activities stopped but I still felt nauseous for 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went there and ordered a lamb gyro. All day today I had nausea and diarrhea. I also vomited a few times., One person was sick because only one person bought a lamb gyro. Symptoms started within 6-8 hrs after eaten. Nothing else was consumed in between that time.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
